Install as regular WordPress plugin. 2. Go your Pluings setting via WordPress Dashboard and activate it. 3. After activating the plugin you will see the “Skill bars” menu below the comment’s menu on the left side of the WordPress dashboard and find “Add New Skill”. **Using FTP** 1. Extract skillbars.zip to your computer. 2. Upload the skillbars directory to your wp-content/plugins directory. 3. This is a great plugin. Very much in the Google Material genre. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Only option I’d add is the ability to make the bars vertical.
