Current Year Shortcodes<\/strong> lets you insert the current year, month and day anywhere in your WordPress site with a simple shortcode.<\/p>\n\n

Use the shortcode [Y]<\/strong> in any post, page or widget to display the current year.<\/p>\n\n

How it works<\/h3>\n\n

[Y]<\/strong> - inserts the current year with four digits e.g. 2023<\/strong>\n[y]<\/strong> - inserts the current year with two digits e.g. 23<\/strong>\n[m]<\/strong> - inserts the current month with two digits e.g. 01<\/strong>\n[n]<\/strong> - inserts the current month without leading zeros e.g. 1<\/strong>\n[F]<\/strong> - inserts the current month as a text e.g. January<\/strong>\n[M]<\/strong> - inserts the current month with three letters e.g. Jan<\/strong>\n[d]<\/strong> - inserts the current day with two digits e.g. 06<\/strong>\n[j]<\/strong> - inserts the current day without leading zeros e.g. 6<\/strong>\n[D]<\/strong> - inserts the current day with three letters e.g. Mon<\/strong>\n[l]<\/strong> - inserts the current day as a text e.g. Monday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
