This wordpress plugin is able to fullfill such tasks.\nPrerequisit is a local or remote Gal\u00e8ne videoconference server.<\/p>\n\n There are two ways to access the management interface of the Plugin:<\/p>\n\n On first invocation there is an empty list of rooms. You have to login by the \"Administration\" Button. After installation there is one administrative user registered as:\nLogin: galene_admin<\/em>\nPassword: galene<\/em>\n(Change password immediately after login by the user dialog!)<\/p>\n\n Alternative<\/strong> login to the administration screens:\nThe plugin adds the wordpress role 'GaleneManager<\/strong>'. If a wordpress user with this role is logged in at wordpress admin (backend), this user is allowed use the management interface of Gal\u00e8ne video conferencing manager.<\/p>\n\n Tab: General<\/strong>\nThe url to the galene group without the name of a dedicated group<\/p>\n\n Tab: Server connection<\/strong>\nThere are 3 ways to connect to the Gal\u00e8ne videoserver for managing rooms (groups):<\/p>\n\n Case 1. or 2. are set up by this tab.
