Input fields on the WordPress admin screens have been nearly invisible since version 2.7. After a year of hacking CSS files to work around this problem, Matt suggested I make a plugin to override core CSS values. This plugin does just that.<\/p>\n\n

Fix Admin Contrast now also corrects white point issues on iPad and similar displays. Without this plugin, the administrative table colors can look the same as the background color.<\/p>\n\n

If you need even more contrast, consider my plugin called High Contrast Admin<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Upload the fix-admin-contrast<\/code> directory to your \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    This is a zero-configuration plugin. There are no settings.<\/p>\n\n

    Deactivation removes everything except the files you uploaded. There is no \"uninstall\" necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n
