The AI agent itself runs on GlobalChatbot, so you need a GlobalChatbot account (14-day free trial, no credit card).<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin loads the GlobalChatbot chat widget from https:\/\/globalchatbot.ai\/widget.js on the front end of your site, after you enter a Widget ID in Settings \u2192 GlobalChatbot. Without a Widget ID nothing is loaded.<\/p>\n\n<p>When a visitor opens the chat and sends a message, the message, the page address and a random session identifier are sent to GlobalChatbot so the AI agent can answer.
