This is a modified version (under the MIT License) of a plugin originally developed by Tierra Innovation<\/a><\/strong> for WNET.org<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

This plugin extends the HTML functionalify of the Wordpress kses.php file, which states the allowable HTML that the post\/page content editor will accept. It allows the site administrator to check pre-defined HTML tags that can also be allowed via the editor. Tags include: object<\/code>, embed<\/code>, param<\/code>, iframe<\/code>, map<\/code> and extensions have been added to the div<\/code> and img<\/code> tags.<\/p>\n\n

Keep in mind, that by checking a tag, you are making it acceptable to post said HTML and save it. If your users also post content, it is important that you make sure you are not enabling any malicious HTML from wreaking havoc to your environment.   1. Upload extend-kses<\/code> to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress<\/li>\n
  3. Check the boxes next to the HTML tag you wish to enable and click save options<\/code><\/li>\n
  4. Paste HTML code into the HTML version - NOT the visual version - of the post\/page editor and save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    3. iframe<\/code> tag is now fully supported, including the following children tags: width<\/code>, height<\/code>, frameborder<\/code>, scrolling<\/code>, marginheight<\/code>, marginwidth<\/code> and src<\/code>.<\/li>\n
    4. img<\/code> tag extended to allow for usemap<\/code> child tag.<\/li>\n
    5. map<\/code> tag is now fully supported, including the following children tags: name<\/code> and id<\/code><\/li>\n
    6. object<\/code> tag is now fully supported, including the following children tags: style<\/code>, height<\/code>, width<\/code>, the entire param<\/code> tag (including children) and the entire embed<\/code> tag (including children).<\/li>\n
    7. param<\/code> tag is now fully supported, including the following children tags: name<\/code> and value<\/code><\/li>\n
