The Top Tweetmeme plugin for WordPress ranks articles based on the number of\nretweets they receive through the Tweetmeme service. It comes with both a \nwidget for use with sidebar-enabled themes, and a utility function to use as you wish.<\/p>\n\n

Tweetmeme counts are updated by a scheduled task on an hourly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Upload top-tweetmeme.php<\/code> to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress<\/li>\n
  3. Navigate to the Widgets page in the admin and drag the Top Tweetmeme Widget<\/code> to the desired sidebar<\/li>\n
  4. Place <?php echo top_tweetmeme_posts() ?><\/code> in your templates<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
