AxcelersBlocks adds AXB Gutenberg blocks so you can build page sections with full style control. Search the inserter for AXB.
Everyday editing happens in WordPress — you do not need Claude, Cursor, or any extra app.

Fifteen blocks, used together as layout building blocks:
- Heading, Bodycopy, Button, Icon
- Box, Column, Columns
- Image, Video
- List, List Item
- Table, Table Section, Table Row, Table Cell
Features
- Responsive design — style each block for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Set tablet and mobile widths under AxcelersBlocks Devices.
- Brand colours — read from WordPress Styles (Site Editor Styles Colors). New blocks can use the palette; existing content is not rewritten.
- Patterns — 207 ready-made sections in 19 categories, from top bars and headers to heroes, pricing, galleries and footers. Built only with AXB blocks, so every part stays editable.
- Dynamic tags — post title, excerpt, permalink, date, meta, comments, terms, author, and ACF fields inside supported blocks.
- HTML tags — choose semantic tags (for example h1–h6, header, main) for SEO.
- Performance — block-based CSS so unused styles are not loaded; 3.0 also speeds up the editor on large pages.
- Agents (optional) — WordPress abilities so Claude Desktop, Cursor, or similar apps can list your blocks and insert patterns. Requires the official MCP Adapter plugin. Skip this if you only build pages in the editor.
We follow WordPress coding practices for security, stability, and future compatibility.
Privacy Notices
AxcelersBlocks stores tablet and mobile breakpoint widths in your WordPress database. It does not send posts, pages, or designs to Axcelers Hub.
- Video embeds — if you embed YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, or another oEmbed URL (Video block or background video), the visitor’s browser talks to that provider. Self-hosted video does not.
- Agents — if you install the MCP Adapter and connect Claude Desktop or Cursor, that app talks to your WordPress site with an Application Password. AxcelersBlocks does not proxy that traffic to our servers. See the connected app’s privacy policy.

This plugin provides 15 blocks.
- AXB: Icon A single icon from the library or your own SVG. Size, colour and box styles per device, with an optional link.
- AXB: Heading A customizable heading block for creating semantic titles and section headers with full typography control.
- AXB: Columns A responsive columns block for building multi-column layouts with control over alignment, spacing, and structure.
- AXB: Button A customizable button block for creating call-to-action links with control over text, styles, and alignment.
- AXB: Image An image block for adding media with options for alignment, sizing, captions, linking, and visual styling.
- AXB: Video A video block for self-hosted video or streaming-platform embeds (YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion and more) with poster, captions, playback options, linking, and visual styling.
- AXB: Box A flexible container block for building layouts with spacing, borders, backgrounds, and visual styling.
- AXB: Table A fully customizable table block with header and footer rows and complete style controls for table elements.
- AXB: List A list container block for ordered and unordered lists with AxcelersBlocks style controls.
- AXB: BodyCopy Add styled body text with consistent typography.
- AXB: Table Section A semantic table section block used inside the AXB Table block.
- AXB: List Item A single list item used inside the AXB List block.
- AXB: Table Row A semantic table row block used inside AXB table sections.
- AXB: Table Cell A semantic table cell block used inside AXB table rows.
- AXB: Column A single column used within the Columns block to structure content in multi-column layouts.
Installation
There are two ways to install AxcelersBlocks.
- Go to Plugins Add Plugin in your Dashboard and search for: AxcelersBlocks
- Download the .zip from WordPress.org and upload the folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin, then edit a page and search the block inserter for AXB.

How do I add blocks to a page?

Create or edit a page or post, open the block inserter, search for AXB, and choose a block. Ready-made layouts are under the Patterns tab.

Does this plugin send my content to an AI service?

No. AxcelersBlocks does not send prompts, post content, or designs to Axcelers Hub or to any AI provider.

What is the Agents tab?

Optional. If you want Claude Desktop or Cursor to list your blocks and insert patterns, install the WordPress MCP Adapter (a separate plugin) and paste the config from AxcelersBlocks Agents. You do not need this to build pages in the editor.

Does the Video block use any third-party services?

Only if you choose to embed a streaming video. Self-hosted videos use no external service. If you paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or Dailymotion URL (or any other oEmbed URL) in the Video block or as a background video, the visitor’s browser loads that provider’s player (YouTube uses privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com, by default), which receives the visitor’s IP address, user agent, and request. Nothing is sent unless you add such a URL.
