- Review required plugins before installation or activation.
- Import the starter site.

Starter sites
Bundled starter sites are designed for Immersa Builder and can be imported without enabling a remote service. Included workflows provide starting points for agencies, coaches and local businesses.
A starter package can include:
- Homepage and supporting pages
- Navigation menus
- Widget settings
- Theme and global style settings
- Gutenberg content
- Elementor data when supplied by the package
- Required-plugin information
Additional templates may be available through the optional remote catalog.
Elementor-ready templates
When Elementor is active and the selected package contains Elementor data, Immersa Core can import supported Elementor pages, builder metadata, full-width page settings and compatible templates so the pages are ready for visual editing.
Elementor can be installed or activated from WordPress.org only after administrator approval. Gutenberg layouts are not automatically converted to Elementor.
Gutenberg patterns and coming soon layouts
Immersa Core registers coming soon, hero and feature patterns that remain editable as normal WordPress blocks.
It does not automatically replace your homepage.
Optional AI content tools
After an administrator enables Themefreex Services, available AI workflows can help generate:
- Blog starter drafts
- Title and introduction ideas
- Calls to action
- Excerpts
- SEO-friendly slug ideas
- FAQs
- Short page copy
No personal OpenAI API key is required. Generations use the Themefreex-managed credit balance shown in the dashboard.
Review AI output for accuracy, originality and suitability before publishing.
Immersa Pro
Immersa Pro is a separate commercial add-on. Immersa Core does not install or update Pro code.
Depending on the plan, Pro can add premium starter sites, higher AI limits, more activations, priority support, agency workflows and eligible white-label controls.

Import safety
Starter imports can create pages and apply menus, widgets and supported settings. Immersa Core uses allowlisted setting writes, but it is not a backup tool.
Before importing:
- Back up the files and database.
- Prefer a fresh site or staging environment.
- Activate Immersa Builder.
- Review required plugins.
- Keep the browser open until import completes.
- Check pages, menus, forms, widgets and mobile layouts afterward.
- Replace all demonstration contact details and content before launch.
External services and privacy
Local templates and patterns work without Themefreex. Connected services require administrator consent.
When enabled, Immersa Core may send the following data to https://themefreex.com:
- Service connection: site URL, site name, admin email, generated site token, WordPress version and plugin version.
- AI generation: prompt, generation type, optional context, post ID, tone, word count, site URL, site token, timestamp, versions and HMAC signature.
- Credit sync: site URL and site token.
- Remote template import: selected template slug, site URL and licence key only for Pro templates.
- Pro validation: licence key and site URL when Immersa Pro requests a licensed feature.
- Help tutorials: request to the Themefreex tutorial endpoint.
AI prompts may be forwarded to Themefreex’s configured AI provider. Generated content and local history are stored on the WordPress site.
Tutorial thumbnails may load from https://img.youtube.com; Google or YouTube may receive the video ID, IP address, user agent and standard browser request data.

-
Do I need Immersa Builder?
-
Yes for the intended starter-site import result.
-
Are starter sites free?
-
Bundled local starter sites are free. More templates may be available through the optional remote catalog.
-
Does activation contact Themefreex?
-
No. Themefreex Services remain disabled until an administrator explicitly enables them.
-
Can I import into an existing website?
-
Yes, but back up first because existing content and settings can affect the result.
-
Does it work with Elementor?
-
Yes, when Elementor is active and the selected starter package contains Elementor data. The wizard can install Elementor from WordPress.org after administrator approval.
-
Does it work with Gutenberg?
-
Yes. Immersa Core imports supported block content and registers reusable patterns for the WordPress block editor.
-
Does it install plugins automatically?
-
No. It can offer to install or activate required WordPress.org plugins such as Elementor or Contact Form 7 only after an administrator starts the action.

What data leaves my website?
-
Only connected-service data described in the External Services section is sent after administrator consent. Bundled templates and local patterns do not require that connection.
-
Does Immersa Core install Pro?

No. Immersa Pro must be purchased, downloaded and installed separately.
-
Why did an import fail?
-
Check PHP memory, timeouts, permissions, required plugins, security rules and remote-request access, then retry on staging.

Changelog
1.0.9
- Added the ThemeFreex-hosted services consent checkbox to the first setup-wizard step.
- Defaulted first-step service consent to selected so remote starter sites, AI tools, credit sync, and license validation are enabled before the setup flow continues.
1.0.8
- Allowed SVG media assets inside validated starter-site packages so demos with bundled SVG design files can import.
- Seeded the free monthly AI balance locally before the first remote sync and retried credit refresh after automatic site registration.
- Improved AI Tools styling fallback so the page does not render as an unstyled form if WordPress misses the normal enqueue hook.
- Improved the floating AI assistant asset fallback so the chat widget can render reliably across admin pages after services are enabled.
- Normalized Pro AI plan keys so the dashboard and AI Tools show the same paid-plan credit limits.
1.0.7
